Please read World Class Designer’s refund policy carefully before placing an order. All services purchased or subscribed to, at WorldClassDesigner.com are GUARANTEED as described. If you tell us, you want a website for your dental practice, that is what you will receive. A refund is only applicable if we can’t deliver as promised.

Delays outside of our control like major holidays, natural disasters or revision requests that take longer than desired, does not qualify you for a refund. You are ineligible for a refund once your project begins. And all projects begin once your payment is cleared. Funds are generally verified and cleared in 2 business days.

So, if you place an order on Monday, your project will begin on Wednesday. And payments received on Friday are verified by Tuesday. Shortly after, you’ll be contacted for additional information. We want to assure everyone is on the same page design and function wise.

Websites usually take 7 to 14 days to complete but may take longer or shorter, depending on your demands. We also give unlimited revisions within reason. World Class Designer holds full discretion in all matters regarding revisions and refunds at any stage. We are professionals, and we treat every project with care and respect, regardless of the amount spent.

Generally, there is no obligation to provide a refund or credit in situations such as;

  • You have changed your mind.
  • You paid for our service by mistake.
  • You do not have the sufficient funds, and your bank allowed the payment to go through.
  • You claim someone else used your credit card without your permission. If this is true, then it’s your responsibility to file a police report and press charges on the suspect.
  • You do not have the appropriate expertise to use this service.
  • You are asking for goodwill.
  • You can no longer access your website because it has been removed for prohibited or illegal content.

Duplicate Orders

Please inform us within 72 hours if you place a duplicate order by mistake, or due to system malfunction. However, as part of our efforts to protect the interests of World Class Designer, we will require you to provide further information or documentation to confirm the authenticity of your purchase. Email us your receipts, so we can match them with our records. Again, World Class Designer holds full discretion in all matters regarding refunds at any stage.

Illegal Chargebacks Are not Tolerated

An illegal chargeback is when a client opens a dispute with their card issuer and lie about not making a purchase, or claiming not to have received the merchandise or services they paid for. Plain and simple, that’s stealing! And we will challenge all false claims and use our detailed records as evidence to prove our innocence. If this ends up going to court, we will sue for legal fees, damages, and other expenses.
